I had a great stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located just a couple of blocks from Duval Street. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for our group. While the staff was friendly, I felt there could be improvements in terms of service and dining options. Overall, it offered good value for money, although the limited amenities, especially at the pool, were a bit disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service felt a bit hit or miss at times. For example, there was only one coffee pod of each type provided, which wasn't ideal for two coffee drinkers.
